• Daily upload of charge data is mapped against proprietary Sure Decisions chargemaster, and potential missing charges flagged and patient encounters are loaded into worklist
• Charge Reconciliation Specialists review each flagged patient encounter, and make final charge determination using appropriate level of detail from patient records
• Appropriate charges are uploaded into host system - with review by client if desired - before billing occurs.
